When you are entitled to a refund
- Full refund if you cancel before any work has started on your application.
- Pro-rata refund minus completed stages if we cannot proceed for reasons within our control.
- Government and embassy fees already lodged on your behalf are non-refundable by the issuing authority.
When refunds do not apply
- Visa refusal due to applicant-provided false information or documents.
- Abandonment of an application after document preparation has begun.
How refunds are processed
Card and PayPal refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. USDT (TRC-20) refunds are returned to your originating wallet address as recorded in our ledger.
